In late July 2003, Noel Spann was working on a concept to help small business operators become more successful. His strategy was aimed at the development of accountants' client bases, with a view to improving the business acumen of each client, to add value to each client's, and therefore to the accountant's, practice.

Noel has enjoyed a long career as a business owner, manager and coach so he knows what he's talking about when it comes to getting the maximum results from a business.

After your third meeting we will ask you to make a decision, to either commit to your first full quarter of group25LBC meetings, or to leave the group and make your way in the world.

The group25 Clinic System is Business Self-Coaching delivered in a forum format.

Some people confuse it for a business networking group. It must be emphasised; Group25 is a Business Development Program, based on a Business Coaching Model. Yes, members network among themselves across all of our chapters... we encourage them to do so and even provide direction on how to do it most effectively.

It does not, however, really form any significant part of our meeting format. Our members all know how to network with people, to the extent most of them realise it is to their advantage to have other members in the same profession or category, within their home chapter. We recommend that members do their networking after the formal meeting is over, in the "meeting after the meeting". The outcome for members is a synergistic mix of shared business knowledge, experience, interaction, strategic alliances and camaraderie that is unique to group25.
