 I started my business in mid-2007, designing sustainable housing for the local conditions. At about the same time a web developer introduced me to Hector, who outlined what G25 was about. I decided, on the spot, that it would be pretty hard not to be worth the price, based on what I saw that day. I joined, and jumped straight into the Clinic program. Best thing I've done for my business.
Some of the guys at group25 think I'm a whizkid because I started out in my own business so young. Age should have no impact on your business ability... it's all about knowledge and attitude, as far as I can see. Interestingly enough, group25 is all about knowledge and attitude, too. Funny, that, isnt it?
Anyway, the main point I'd like to make is this: If I'm having a tough time with something, I know I can ring up one of the G25 members and have a chat or bounce a few ideas around for a while. It's pretty cool, being in business for yourself, but not by yourself. |
The drought was a turning point for us.
