The coaching program delivered by group25 is a multi-part process, involving the group25 management team, the chapter members and the chapter moderators.
The Business Mechanics Clinics are aligned with the Alpha Clinics though they are a more practical focus on the day-to-day aspects of running a business. There are 144 of them in total, representing three years of continuous development and improvement over that period. Each one of them ties into the 12 major areas or portals of business identified by our Alpha Clinics, supplementing the information conveyed in them with real world exercises and discussion prompts.

Measurement of results is the key to good budgeting and forecasting. In order to measure one result against another you need data and some system of standardisation to ensure your calculations are relevant to each other, from one period of measurement to the next. RAVE Report & ROTA Report are tools exclusive to G25 to assist you in this regard.
With the new R.O.T.A. (Results Of Trading Activity) Report we have established a simple, effective series of measurements to apply benchmarks or KPIs to the 12 major aspects of your business, as identified in the 12 Alpha Clinics.
Routine reporting and scrutiny of these figures and metrics will allow the proactive business owner or manager to keep an eye on the things that really matter… performance, profitability, productivity, growth and the levels of enjoyment, value and utility the owner is able to extract from or build into the business.
