He establishes Group25 business groups
in New South Wales ad Queensland. As a
trained facilitator, he runs the Business
Clinic Program in a 90 minute meeting
format, with practical exercises and a
moderated discussion forum.
The outcome is practical information
delivered directly to the people who can
derive the most value from it... the owners
and managers of businesses. There is no
point in just talking about improving your
business... David actually works with you to
do it, week after week. Short, focused
business seminars, run on a weekly basis
and presented in a powerful group dynamic
format.
David also works with selected companies
on a one-on-one basis to help emerging
businesses to develop and use systems and
technology to reach their potential through
providing access to management advice that
would not otherwise be available.
He looks beyond the usual "accountant’s
perspective".
David works with the business owner or the
manager within a group or within a company
establishing goals, defining the current reality
and how it should change, looking to achieve
measurable and realistic outcomes, and also
ensuring the management completes the
undertaking achieving everything they set out
to accomplish.

skills via the Institute of Executive Coaching
and Results Coaching Systems. He is able to
coach in a manner to significantly raise the
confidence and skills of small to medium-sized
business owners.
David is unique, having successfully run a
number of his own businesses, is a qualified
accountant and has also undertaken specialised
training so that he understands the key drivers
and issues that business owners face daily.
He knows the language of business and is able
to ask the right questions and to understand the
complexities of almost any business, due to his
extensive experience.
As executive mentor, he understands the unique
nature of the territory and can quickly surmise
and assimilate the organisational culture and
relationships... a skill that enables him to quickly
“hit the ground running”.
